Designed to address soil erosion, degradation, and surface runoff, the contoured site is divided into three layers to prevent landslides. The resort repurposes shipping containers into stylish, eco-friendly accommodations, blending industrial aesthetics with contemporary comfort and offering uninterrupted hill views. With low capital investment and high mobility, it’s ideal for short-term leases and future land use.
